Salary: 1.75 LPA-3 LPA (Based on last drawn salary)
Work Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Robust customer-handling ability
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- 6 days working with rotational weekly off
- Candidates must be comfortable with both voice and digital communication channels (based on role)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and social platforms
- Assist customers with product/service information, troubleshooting, and navigation
- Manage customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Aim for first-contact resolution to enhance customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services
- Suggest process improvements and contribute to overall customer experience
