Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Techno-Functional Consultant with robust expertise in both business process consulting and technical implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions, gathering business requirements, configuring HR applications, and developing custom solutions while following ServiceNow best practices. HRSD implementations commonly focus on out-of-the-box capabilities such as HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events,



and Knowledge Management before considering customizations.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze HR business requirements.
- Conduct workshops with HR stakeholders and business users.
- Design HR processes using ServiceNow best practices.
- Configure:
- HR Services
- HR Case Management
- Employee Center (ESC)
- Knowledge Management
- Lifecycle Events
- HR Catalog Items

- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), user stories, and process flows.
- Perform UAT support and end-user training.
- Recommend out-of-the-box solutions while minimizing unnecessary customization.
