We are looking for an experienced Manager Finance & Accounts to manage a portfolio of client accounts and handle end-to-end finance and compliance activities. This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to manage multiple client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounting and bookkeeping.
- Month-end and year-end book closure.
- Preparation of MIS, Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow and Schedule III Financial Statements.
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and other statutory compliances.
- Payroll processing and labour law compliances.
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation and General Ledger management.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and manage audit closures.
- Interact with domestic and international clients and act as their finance SPOC.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Schedule III Financial Statement Preparation.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and Companies Act.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar ERP.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
Preferred
- CA / CA Inter / Semi Qualified CA / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
- Experience in a CA Firm, Consulting Firm or Client Servicing setting is preferred.
