Job Summary:

The SCM Planning Bilingual Analyst will be responsible for supporting supply chain planning processes for Japanese clients. This includes demand, supply, and inventory planning, leveraging analytical tools and technology solutions. The role requires fluency in Japanese and English, and the ability to collaborate with global teams to deliver end-to-end supply chain planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients in demand and supply planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Analyze planning data to identify trends, forecast accuracy, and optimization opportunities.
- Work on planning tools such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or O9 for configuration, reporting, and data validation.
- Liaise between Japanese client teams and global delivery teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
- Translate business requirements from Japanese to English (and vice versa) for documentation and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for planning activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements in supply chain planning workflows.
