Role & responsibilities

- This role requires a solid understanding of technical terms, excellent typing speed, and proficiency with data management software.
- Proper Management of the Equipments life cycle using APM tool by capturing the Preventive Maintenance (PM's), Breakdowns, Corrective/Repairs & Projects through respective Work orders.
- Addition of all Equipments at site to Asset Performance Management (APM) and Equipment labelling to be in place without miss.
- PM forecasting for all the equipments at site as per the 52-week PPM plan.
- Shifts creation and assigning employees to the respective shifts as per the actual shift roaster.
- Assigning the PM work orders to the employees as per the shift availability 2 days in advance.
- Providing availability exception in case of emergency leave.
- Proper tracking of the PM's execution as per the APM forecast plan.
- Monitoring the data quality of the data on APM WOs like labor booked, equipment selection, type of work order selection for reactive works, spares booking and closing codes. Briefing the team on the gaps to improve on the same.
- Addition of all the critical spares to APM,



Stores arrangement and labelling as per the stores layout policy.
- Weekly auto physical inventory counts to be carried out by physically counting the parts and updating the count on APM.
- Creation of APM Requisitions, Purchase orders & PO receipts whenever a spare reaches its minimum level.
- Maintaining proper 5s of the stores.
- Shift report analysis and metrics analysis to improve/ maintain the data quality.
- Preparation of Annual PM Strategy for the upcoming year.
- Standard working hours apply, but occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficient in using data entry and database management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, SQL).

- Good command over written and spoken English
- English Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy rate of more than 95%
- Ability to review and interpret technical documents, such as specifications, blueprints, and manuals, to extract relevant data.
