We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced AEM Architect with 12+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using AEM, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive AEM solution architecture for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design reusable components, templates, workflows, and content structures.
- Establish best practices, development standards,
and governance frameworks for AEM implementations.
- Architect integrations with Adobe Experience Cloud products and third-party applications.
- Review code, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Support solution estimations, technical proposals, and architectural documentation.
- Lead migration and modernization initiatives from legacy CMS platforms to AEM.
- Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD, deployment automation, and cloud-native implementations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
