Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HRBP to partner with our Corporate Functions and drive people initiatives that enable business growth. The role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with business leaders, manage the employee lifecycle, and execute key HR processes while ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support people strategy and day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
- Drive performance management processes, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure timely hiring for business-critical roles.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries,
grievances, and policy interpretation.
- Analyze people metrics and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational change management.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of HRBP experience, preferably supporting Corporate Functions.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Hands-on experience in performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement.
- Good understanding of HR analytics and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
