ROLE: Business Development Executive (BDE) US Staffing

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development channels.
- Identify and acquire new US staffing clients while building long-term business relationships.
- Understand client hiring requirements and present Key2Source INC.'s staffing solutions.
- Conduct lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, maintain CRM records, and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Stay updated on US staffing market trends and industry best practices.

What We Expect

- 2- 5 years of Business Development, Client Acquisition, or Recruitment Sales experience in the US Staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of the US Staffing and Recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent communication,



negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, and client acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in the US Time Zone (Night Shift).
