About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager Lending Services to join our Corporate & Commercial Banking team. The role involves supporting bankers across critical lending and loan servicing processes while managing a team of professionals. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in commercial lending operations, loan servicing, collateral management, and exception clearing, along with hands-on experience in leading lending platforms and managing global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Group Activities.
- Middle Office Cash Matching Assistance.
- FHAD processing/clearing.
- Coordinate with finance teams for any requested backup relating to processing activities.
- Process servicing transactions in Loan IQ (with onshore approval).
- Borrowings, Advances, and Draws processing.
- Repricing, Rollover, and Conversion processing.
- Principal Payments, Paydowns, and Scheduled Decreases.
- Interest Payments processing.
- Unused Fee Payments.
- Event Fee Pricing Change Transactions.
- Loan Change Transactions.
- SBLC Increase/Decrease transactions.
- SBLC Fee Payments.
- Commitment Increase/Decrease processing.
- Global Payment Manual Share Adjustments.
- Cash Matching and Reconciliation activities.
- Coordinate with third-party external agents for backup and additional information required for processing.




- Swingline Payment processing.
- Prepare Swingline Draw templates for upload in GTreasury and maintain accurate records in Loan IQ.
- Generate and provide downstream reports to stakeholders.
- Provide cash reconciliation details to relevant stakeholders.
- Support Investor Borrower Audits.
- Respond to lender audit inquiries and provide client audit forms.
- Lead and manage a team, ensuring adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and operational excellence.
- Mentor and develop team members while driving performance and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field from a reputed institute.
- 9+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Lending Operations, Loan Servicing, or a similar profile.
- Prior experience managing teams in a lending or banking operations environment.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with AFS, Hogan, and nCino platforms.
- Robust understanding of Collateral Management processes.
- Experience in Exception Clearing and related operational activities.
- Experience with lending or credit platforms such as CreditLens, nCino, LexisNexis, and Experian.
- Strong accounting and financial analysis skills.




- In-depth understanding of commercial lending and loan servicing operations.
- Proven team handling and people management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and flexibility to work in the night shift.

Preferred Skills

- - Exposure to Corporate and Commercial Banking operations.
- Experience managing high-volume lending operations teams.
- Knowledge of operational controls, audit support, and risk management processes.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
