- Provide sales support to senior team members in the showroom, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
- Assist with counter sales, inhouse sales, and retail sales activities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop a strong understanding of product knowledge and company offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop effective promotional strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in sales or related field (preferably in the furniture & furnishing industry).
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
