Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Analytical Testing: Perform accurate analysis of samples using HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, and standard Wet Lab chemistry techniques.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all testing aligns with standard operating procedures (SOPs), pharmacopoeia guidelines (IP/USP/EP), and internal specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous, error-free, and contemporaneous documentation of all analytical data, logbooks, and test reports in compliance with GLP guidelines.
- Instrument Maintenance: Assist in the daily calibration, troubleshooting, and routine upkeep of laboratory equipment.
- Sample Management: Safely handle, log, and store chemical reagents, reference standards, and retain samples.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to environment, health, and safety (EHS)



protocols within the laboratory environment.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry) or B.Pharma.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a Quality Control laboratory (experience in herbal, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical industries is highly preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience operating HPLC and UV Spectrophotometers. Knowledge of Gas Chromatography (GC) and wet chemical analysis is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Solid attention to detail, excellent analytical mindset, effective communication, and a disciplined approach to documentation.
