Role & responsibilities

- IPQA Monitoring: Oversee line clearance and conduct real-time monitoring of the manufacturing and packaging processes on the shop floor to ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Material Inspection: Apply robust foundational knowledge of herbal extracts and medicinal plants to assist in the verification, sampling, and release of botanical raw materials and finished products.
- Regulatory & FSSAI Compliance: Ensure all production practices and documentation align seamlessly with FSSAI regulations, AYUSH guidelines, and general food/healthcare safety standards.
- Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive QA documentation, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), SOPs, Change Controls, and Deviation logs.
- Audit Readiness: Assist in internal and external quality audits, helping to drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) where necessary.
