Role Overview:

The Data Monitoring and Assessment Engineer will be responsible for continuously monitoring data collected from the WASM 604 system across various customer sites. The role includes analyzing system performance, preparing detailed assessment reports, and providing actionable recommendations to improve compressed air systems and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Monitoring and Analysis:

- Continuously monitor real-time data from the WASM 604 system across multiple customer sites.

- Analyze data trends, system performance metrics, and deviations to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.

- Ensure data accuracy and reliability in all reports.

2. Report Preparation:

- Generate detailed performance assessment reports based on collected data.

- Highlight critical findings, operational inefficiencies, and areas requiring attention.

- Prepare visually engaging reports with charts and graphs to simplify complex data for customer understanding.

3. Customer Engagement and Actionable Plans:

- Develop tailored, actionable recommendations for customers to improve their CAS performance.

- Provide customers with step-by-step plans to enhance energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Support customers by addressing queries and explaining data insights effectively.

4. Collaboration and Feedback:

- Work closely with internal teams, including the service, sales, and technical support departments, to address customer needs.

- Collect and incorporate feedback from customers into assessment processes and system enhancements.

5. Learning and Development:





- Attend in-house training sessions to gain expertise in CAS basics and WASM 604 technology.

- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in energy efficiency and data analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related field).

- 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, system monitoring, or a similar role.

- Technical Proficiency:

- Familiarity with data monitoring tools and software.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and engaging with customers.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in energy management, industrial systems, or IoT-based technologies.

- Knowledge of compressed air systems (CAS) is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided).

- Familiarity with WASM 604 or similar monitoring systems is advantageous.

- Timeliness and accuracy of performance assessment reports.
