- 15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the casting/manufacturing sector
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth
- Strong exposure to export-focused sales, international clients, and global trade practices
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and strategic partnerships
- Experience working closely with leadership on growth strategy, pricing, and market positioning
