Job Responsibilities:

4.15Mw Wartsila make DG set and its Auxiliaries operation from PLC/HMI
2. HFO/FO/LSHS/ fuel oil separator operations.
3. DCS and field Operation of Siemens make Steam Turbines of 12.0MW of Extraction and back pressure steam turbine and axillaries.
4. Knowledge of DG set and turbine safe cold, hot startup and shutdown
5. Operation of lube oil separators.
6. PM of all rotary and static equipment of Turbine as per schedule.
7. Axillaries operation like compressors ,Condensate pumps, and oil Pumps
8. Cooling tower operation and chemical treatment of tower cooling water
9. Knowledge and participation of TPM , sanchetna and Sankalp
10. Abnormalities identification/rectification during autonomous drill of TPM.
The Person:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Full Time ITI (Fitter or Diesel mechanic) or Diploma in Mechanical and related subjects 10+ years of relevant experience in sizable or multinational companies

- Experience: DG set and steam turbine operations experience of more than 8Years
