Role & Responsibilities:

- Counsel students about ACL courses and career opportunities.
- Handle student enquiries and regular follow-ups.
- Guide students in selecting suitable programs based on their goals.
- Support student admissions and onboarding process.
- Maintain strong relationships with students and ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of English & Hindi.
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.

Position 2: GD Motivator / Personality Development Trainer

Location: Lucknow
Type: Part-Time / Flexible
Timing: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM (Adaptable Batch Timings)

8,000 – 10,000 per month + Incentives (Negotiable based on experience)

Role & Responsibilities:

- Conduct group discussion sessions for students.
- Train students on communication, confidence, and presentation skills.
- Evaluate student participation and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for GD, interviews, and personality development.
- Improve students' public speaking and soft skills.
- Create an engaging and motivating classroom environment.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
- Confident personality with leadership qualities.
- Ability to motivate and engage students.
- Experience in GD training, interview preparation, or mentoring preferred.
