Immediate Joiners

The right person is an experienced governance or vendor management leader who is equally credible running

a tower-lead team meeting and challenging a supplier executive in a QBR. This is a role for someone who has

run multi-tower governance before - not someone hoping to learn it here.

Screening Criteria - Must Have

- 10-15 years of overall experience with leadership roles in outsourcing governance, VMO, or sourcing advisory
- Currently operating at Senior Manager or Director level
- Led multi-tower governance (performance, financial, contract) for large outsourcing relationships
- Deep knowledge of BPO / ITO contracts, commercial models, and SLA frameworks
- Demonstrated CXO-level client and supplier engagement

Nice to Have

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Consulting / advisory firm background
- Experience standing up a governance office from scratch
- Experience in three-party (client - provider - advisor) governance models

Skilled Experience

- 10-15 years of overall experience, with significant leadership experience in outsourcing governance,



vendor / supplier management, or sourcing advisory
- Currently operating at Senior Manager or Director level, with demonstrated experience leading multi tower governance or VMO functions
- Deep understanding of outsourcing contracts, commercial models, SLA frameworks, and governance best practices across BPO / ITO
- Prior consulting / advisory experience strongly preferred; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

Skills & Capabilities

- Proven executive presence - comfortable advising and challenging CXO-level client and supplier stakeholders
- Strong people leadership with the ability to build and mentor high-performing governance teams
- Excellent judgment in managing escalations, disputes, and commercially sensitive discussions
- Strong command of governance reporting, scorecards, and value tracking; able to own the executive narrative
- I utstanding written and verbal communication at board / steering-committee levelI
