- Preparation of Raw material Purchase orders in ORACLE (Preffered) for India plant locations.
- Dispatch coordination for imported & domestic foil stock supplies.
- Follow-up with CHA, Shipping lines, transporters and coordinating with plant for smooth inward movement of raw material.
- Managing end-to-end movement of aluminum foil stock custom clearance, storage, survey and dispatches from Port to plant (including logistics co-ordination and material dispatch planning) and close co-ordination with the Plant team/CHA/ICD for ensuring smooth inward movement of raw materials.
- Arranging and sending statutory dispatch completion documents to suppliers within stipulated time period (BOE and ARE-1, LC, etc.).
- Preparation of Bill of Entry and ensuring timely release of payment of Customs duty.
- Arranging and sending all statutory documents to suppliers for initiating dispatches (e-way bill, Bill of Entry etc.).
- For advance license suppliers, arranging Advance License in time.
- Arranging order status and coordinating with the PPC team for timely material availability to the plant.
