We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC), Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud to bridge business needs with technology solutions and drive successful digital commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Lead requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend Salesforce-based improvements and best practices.
- Participate in solution design discussions and ensure alignment with Salesforce capabilities.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, release management, and production deployments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery locations.
- Prepare business process documentation, training materials, and end-user guides.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.

Required Experience

- 610 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce implementations.
- Strong experience working on Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) projects.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations.
- Good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journeys, segmentation,



email campaigns, and automation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes including:
- Product Catalog
- Pricing & Promotions
- Shopping Cart
- Checkout
- Order Management
- Customer Accounts
- Loyalty Programs

- Experience writing:

- User Stories
- BRDs
- FRDs
- Use Cases
- Process Flows
- Acceptance Criteria

- Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and release planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce integrations using REST APIs and middleware.
- Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS), Payment Gateways, and ERP integrations.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar digital analytics platforms.
- Exposure to AI-driven personalization and customer engagement solutions is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification and Salesforce Administrator Certification are preferred.
- Additional Salesforce certifications in Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or B2C Commerce are highly desirable.
