Roles and Responsibilities:
- - Manage end-to-end Order to Activate lifecycle
- Validate customer orders for technical commercial feasibility
- Coordinate with Sales, Network, Field Ops, and Vendors
- Configure services via provisioning systems
- Track order fallout and drive resolution
- Ensure billing readiness clean handover to Assurance
- Maintain activation SLAs and documentation
