Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager -operations to lead and manage operations, ensure achievement of targets, and drive process excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in performance management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations and ensure achievement of collection targets.
- Monitor agents/team performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Drive delinquency reduction and improve recovery rates.




- Analyze trends and implement corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience required in BPO
Strong understanding of KPIs and SLAs and team handling.
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
Graduate (Mandatory)
Immediate joiners preferred
