Shroffs Foundation Trust is inviting applications for the position of Medical Researcher Associate for the Geriatric Medical Care Unit at Ramkrishna Paramhans Hospital, Kalali, Vadodara.
Department: Geriatric Medical Care Unit
Reporting To: Head Geriatric Medical Care Unit / Project Coordinator
Location: Ramkrishna Paramhans Hospital, Kalali, Vadodara
Educational Qualification:
- BAMS / BHMS / BDS
- BSc Nursing / MPH / MSc Public Health / Life Sciences
Desirable:
- PG qualification/diploma in Public Health, Clinical Research, Epidemiology, or Geriatrics
- Training in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
Experience:
- 1-3 years in clinical research, public health projects, hospital research units, or healthcare programs
- Freshers with robust research and documentation skills may also apply
Key Roles Responsibilities:
Clinical Research Data Management
- Support clinical and operational research related to geriatric healthcare
- Maintain patient databases, EMRs, and research records
- Ensure accurate data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting
- Conduct patient follow-ups and outcome tracking
Research Protocols Documentation
- Assist in research proposals, SOPs, questionnaires, and documentation
- Support ethical compliance and confidentiality processes
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Document best practices and success stories
Monitoring Evaluation
- Track geriatric healthcare indicators and treatment outcomes
- Support preparation of dashboards and management reports
Academic Knowledge Support
- Assist in literature reviews and evidence-based practice
- Support publications, presentations, and workshops
- Coordinate with academic institutions and research collaborators
Coordination Quality Improvement
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and outreach teams
- Support CSR, donor, and grant documentation
- Identify service gaps and suggest improvements in geriatric care delivery
