Job Summary

Looking for a senior skilled to lead operations, training delivery, and strategic expansion of multi-location technical training centres focused on Industry 4.0 and maritime skill development.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end operations of training centres (lab setup, equipment, training delivery)
- Lead distributed teams of engineers, trainers, and technical staff
- Develop and implement scalable operational frameworks
- Drive KPIs: training quality, assessments, reporting, batch management
- Design and implement technical training curriculum (automation, Industry 4.0)
- Mentor faculty and ensure high-quality learning outcomes
- Handle industrial automation projects (design, commissioning, maintenance)
- Build partnerships with universities, PSUs, government bodies, and industries
- Identify business opportunities in maritime, manufacturing, and metals sectors
