The ERP Head will be responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing the organization's Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP landscape. The role involves overseeing ERP strategy, implementation, enhancements, integrations, governance, user adoption, and support while ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Strategy & Governance

- Define and execute the ERP roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish ERP governance, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives through Dynamics 365.
- Ensure ERP system scalability, performance, security, and compliance.

ERP Operations & Support

- Manage day-to-day ERP operations and system availability.
- Lead ERP support teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements.
- Ensure smooth execution of upgrades, patches, and release management.

Project Management

- Lead Dynamics 365 implementation, migration, rollout, and enhancement projects.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and risks.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and external vendors.
- Ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.





Business Process Optimization

- Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, and Projects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.
- Standardize business processes across locations and business units.

Integration & Technology Management

- Oversee integration of Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow between ERP, CRM, BI, HRMS, WMS, and other business applications.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) where applicable.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor ERP functional and technical teams.
- Develop internal ERP competencies and knowledge-sharing practices.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Build a high-performance ERP support and project team.

Data & Compliance Management

- Ensure ERP data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Establish master data governance frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
