REQUIREMENT SUMMARY

The Data Privacy Lead is a key role in our organization, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations across various jurisdictions including India, Europe, the UK, the US, and the Middle East. This role is crucial in managing privacy governance and regulatory compliance, particularly within the aviation sector where large volumes of sensitive data are processed.

Description

- Bachelor's degree in Law, with a specialization or interest in data privacy and protection.
- 5-6+ years of experience in data privacy, with a track record of implementing privacy programs across jurisdictions.
- Professional certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM,



or CIPT are highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of international data privacy laws, including GDPR and local regulations in the jurisdictions of operation.
- Proven ability to conduct privacy impact assessments and manage privacy risks effectively.
- Experience in negotiating data processing agreements and maintaining data transfer mechanisms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to lead training initiatives.
