What You’ll Do

- Engage with customers confidently via calls/emails
- Handle reservation sales & customer support
- Use MS Office and GDS tools
- Work in a 24x7 rotational setup with weekly offs

Who You Are

- Fluent in English, excellent communication skills
- Energetic, confident, customer-focused
- Graduate (Hotel Management / Aviation diploma preferred)
- Experience in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA, or BPO a plus
