Duties and Responsibilities

- Coordinate preventive maintenance planning and scheduling to minimize downtime.
- Prepare production management information systems (MIS) and analyze quantity and rate variances.
- Implement production design and scheduling processes to optimize workflow.
- Monitor production efficiency and ensure adherence to production basics and standards.
- Support the production part approval process and master production scheduling.
- Utilize SAP production planning and production planning software for effective management.
- Conduct production reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with footwear production standards and mass production requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in production management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, control, and planning.
- Experience in managing production line workers and schedules.
- Familiarity with production efficiency metrics and analysis.
- Proficient in SAP production planning and other production planning software.
- Knowledge of footwear production processes is a plus.
