Role & responsibilities

- Timely engineering delivery: Ensure all engineering documents, IFCs, and inputs to procurement/construction are issued as per schedule.
- Technical quality & coordination: Maintain design accuracy, compliance with standards, and seamless multidiscipline coordination.
- Support to procurement & construction: Provide explicit, timely technical inputs, close vendor queries, and resolve site issues quickly.
- Cost, risk & client management: Control engineering man-hours, support value engineering, manage technical risks, and maintain positive client interactions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary engineering (Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation)
- Knowledge of EPC workflows including engineering procurement construction sequencing
- Familiarity with international codes & standards (ASME, API, ASTM, ISA, IEC, ACI, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (P&IDs;, Layouts, Isometrics, GA drawings,



SLDs, etc.)
- Experience with engineering deliverables such as MTOs, datasheets, specifications, and design calculations
- Technical bid evaluation & vendor document review skills
- Understanding of construction methodologies 3D model review capability (SP3D, PDMS/E3D, Navisworks)
- Basic knowledge of project controls progress measurement, man-hour control, productivity tracking
- Exposure to digital engineering tools (BIM, integrated data environments)
- Understanding of commissioning processes and system-level handover
- Experience with HAZOP/HAZID/SIL studies and safety-in-design requirements
- Knowledge of fabrication and modularization techniques
- Familiarity with advanced EPC workflows like FEED Detailed Engineering transitions
- Experience with value engineering and cost optimization methods
