Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC / VMC Operator with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating CNC and VMC machines, interpreting engineering drawings, setting machining parameters, and ensuring quality production while meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production schedules.
- Perform machine setting, tool offset correction, and job changeovers.
- Load and unload components safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.




- Select and install cutting tools, fixtures, and work-holding devices.
- Monitor machining parameters and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using measuring instruments.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in operating CNC and VMC machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and process documents.
- Knowledge of machine offsets and tool changes.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Dial Gauge.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Machinist, Fitter, Turner, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a CNC / VMC Operator in an automotive or precision manufacturing environment.
