2. Commercial Mastery (BOQ & CCW)
- Own the BOQ: Create error-free Bill of Materials in Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).
- Licensing Logic: specific focus on DNA Essentials vs. Advantage, ensuring term alignment (3Y/5Y), and catching "hidden" costs like power cables, mounting kits, and uplink modules.
- RFP Leadership: Read technical tenders, identify compliance gaps, and draft technical responses.

Must-Have Technical Skills:
• Core Networking: Deep understanding of Switching (VLANs, STP, Stacking/VSS), Routing (OSPF, BGP), and QoS. • Wireless Fundamentals: Understanding of RF physics, Roaming, SNR, and interference.
