Position Summary
Responsible for maintenance of production equipment. It includes setting and executing PM schedules, breakdown maintenance, setting up new machinery / current lines, keeping track of engineering spares.

Education Requirement

BE/BTech-Electrical & Electronics ,4-5-year of experience

Required Work Experience

- Good Technical skills like hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Electrical control systems
- Installation, commissioning, PM, and breakdown of equipment
- Knowledge in SAP is preferred
- Good Communication/BehaviourCritical skills & Attributes

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

. Execute preventive maintenance (PM) as scheduled.

• Attend and resolve breakdown calls promptly.

• Control Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF)



and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).

• Follow and enforce safety norms.

• Maintain high 5S standards.

• Spares inventory Planning & Control.

• Ensure compliance with all regulations.

• Collaborate closely with Quality, Production, Process teams to resolve line issues efficiently.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.

• Execute Kaizen and Improvement

• Execution of Mini projects. Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
