KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design & Development

- Develop cutting-edge interior design concepts aligned with client requirements, project goals, and brand standards.
- Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, space planning layouts, and material palettes.
- Produce schematic designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Develop furniture layouts, ceiling plans, joinery details, and finish schedules.
- Create 3D visualizations and renderings to communicate design intent effectively.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and site coordination meetings.
- Ensure design deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.

Technical Documentation

- Prepare detailed GFC (Good for Construction)



drawings and specifications.
- Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups for design compliance.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Proficiency in:
- o AutoCAD
- o SketchUp
- o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- o 3D visualization tools such as Lumion, Enscape, or V-Ray
- o Revit (preferred)
- o MS Office Suite
- • Strong understanding of:
- o Space planning and ergonomics
- o Material selection and specifications
- o Furniture and joinery detailing
- o Lighting and ceiling design
- o Interior construction processes
