Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and manage client site visits for residential and commercial projects
Meet potential buyers and explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits
Assist clients during property visits and provide complete project presentations
Coordinate with the pre-sales team for scheduled meetings and qualified leads
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to move them towards closure
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate Requirements:
Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and/or English
Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
Basic knowledge of real estate sales and local property market is a plus
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
