- Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the pre-primary curriculum.
- Create a positive, caring, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Teach foundational concepts through play-based and activity-based learning.
- Develop children's communication, language, motor, and social skills.
- Organize storytelling, rhymes, music, art, craft, and interactive learning activities.
- Observe and assess each child's progress and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all students.
- Build solid relationships with parents by providing regular updates on children's progress.
- Prepare classroom teaching aids and learning materials.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, meetings, and training programs.
- Maintain classroom discipline with a positive and child-friendly approach.
- Support children's emotional and behavioral development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Montessori, NTT, TTC, or equivalent is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications or experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
