About the Role

The Candidate will be responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with corporates, public sector undertakings (PSUs), industry associations, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure CSR partnerships and project opportunities. The role requires a proactive professional with strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of CSR regulations and corporate engagement strategies.

The incumbent will play a key role in resource mobilization, partnership development, stakeholder management and coordination of CSR projects from concept development to implementation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :-

Corporate Liaisoning & Project Acquisition

- Identify, approach, and engage with corporates, PSUs, business associations and Philanthropic institutions for CSR partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective CSR donors and strategic partners.
- Develop persuasive and customized concept notes, project proposals and pitch decks aligned with corporate CSR priorities.
- Lead discussions, negotiations, and partnership agreements to secure CSR support and collaborations.
- Build relationships with CSR Heads, Corporate Affairs teams, Foundation representatives, and key decision-makers
- Understand corporate CSR priorities and align organizational projects and programmes with their focus areas and geographies.
- Facilitate partnership renewals and develop long-term engagement strategies with existing donors and partners.

Proposal Development & Resource Mobilisation

- Coordinate the preparation of high-quality concept notes, project proposals, presentations, budgets, and pitch decks.




- Support fundraising and resource mobilization efforts through CSR grants and partnerships.
- Monitor CSR spending trends, funding priorities and emerging opportunities across sectors.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-up with prospective partners.
- Maintain a database of corporate prospects, proposals submitted, and partnership status.

Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management

- Establish and sustain strong professional relationships with corporate leaders, CSR committees, government authorities and sector stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation at CSR forums, conferences, networking events and stakeholder meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners and facilitate effective communication between partners and the organisation.
- Promote the organizations vision, programmes, achievements, and impact among external stakeholders.

Project Coordination & Compliance

- Support the implementation of acquired projects in collaboration with internal teams and partner NGOs.
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations, donor requirements and organizational policies.
- Oversee drafting and execution of partnership agreements, progress reports, impact reports and presentations.
- Assist in facilitating due diligence processes, CSR audits, impact assessments, and Boards/CSR Committees presentations.

Strategic Development & Market Intelligence





- Track developments in CSR regulations, emerging sustainability trends, government priorities and corporate CSR focus areas for current project opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of long-term CSR engagement and partnerships strategies.
- Generate market intelligence and stakeholders' insights to support organizational growth and strategic planning.
- Identify emerging sectors and thematic areas for partnership development.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Management Development Studies, Communication, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10+ years of proven experience within the NGO and development sector, with a dedicated focus on CSR partnerships, corporate liaisoning, resource mobilization, NGO business development, fundraising, or strategic stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging with corporates, PSUs and institutional donors.
- Sound understanding of CSR provisions under the Companies Act, CSR Rules, compliance requirements and reporting frameworks.
- Experience in proposal writing, partnership development and donor relationship management.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi is essential.
