Preferred Education & Certifications

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Safety Engineering.
- Preferred Certifications: ADIS / PDIS from Recognized State Board

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, coordinate, and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, supervisors, and project staff in line with project and client requirements.
- Conduct safety induction training for all current employees, visitors, and contractors before deployment to the project site.
- Deliver specialized training on Work at Height, Confined Space Entry, Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO, Rigging & Lifting, Scaffolding, Fire Safety, and Emergency Response.
- Conduct daily and weekly toolbox talks, safety awareness sessions, and behavioral safety programs to promote a positive safety culture.




- Assess training needs and prepare annual/monthly training plans based on project risks, legal requirements, and competency gaps.
- Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, handouts, videos, and assessment tools to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Evaluate participant understanding through written tests, practical demonstrations, and competency assessments.
- Maintain training records, attendance sheets, competency matrices, certification records, and training compliance reports.
- Support incident investigations by identifying training-related gaps and implementing corrective awareness programs.
- Coordinate emergency response drills, mock exercises, and safety campaigns to improve workforce preparedness.
