About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate a range of internal business projects. This role is ideal for candidates with proven Project Management experience and a strong understanding of IT, AI technologies, and business systems.

You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring deadlines are met, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving the successful implementation of technical and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate AI-related projects across the business
- Oversee the development, implementation, and enhancement of the company's Internal CRM
- Lead and support various internal business projects from planning through execution
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and challenges
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and status updates
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Manager (Project Management experience is mandatory)
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software platforms, and technical project delivery




- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automation tools, or emerging technologies
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent organisational, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with CRM platforms and internal business systems
- Background in technical project management, digital transformation, or software projects
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
