- Manage overall centre operations and business performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and improve profitability.
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders for smooth operations.
