Position: Mechanical Supervisor Heavy Machinery & Fleet Operations

SEERAJ GROUP is seeking two experienced Mechanical Supervisors to oversee maintenance activities, fleet operations, and logistics coordination for our heavy lifting equipment, cranes, and access machinery. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership capability, and the ability to coordinate field operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of cranes, manlifts, hydra cranes, crawler cranes, tyre-mounted cranes, Farana cranes, and other heavy equipment.
- Coordinate fleet mobilization and demobilization between the central yard and project sites.
- Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize equipment downtime.
- Supervise technicians, mechanics, operators, and maintenance teams.
- Coordinate with stores to ensure availability of spare parts and consumables.
- Maintain service records, maintenance history, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during maintenance and transportation activities.
- Support workshop planning, field maintenance schedules,



and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams for equipment deployment.
- Prepare daily maintenance reports and equipment status updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Mandatory

- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in heavy machinery maintenance or fleet supervision
- Experience in Construction, Infrastructure, Heavy Equipment, Crane Rental, Logistics, or Industrial Machinery
- Good knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and mechanical components
- Experience supervising maintenance teams
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites
