About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Infrastructure Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration,Acronis Backup and disaster recovery solutions, Windows Server infrastructure, Endpoint management,and enterprise IT support. Candidates with practical experience in Acronis Backup Disaster Recovery, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft
Entra ID, and Windows infrastructure will be preferred. The role requires robust troubleshooting skills, client interaction, and the ability to maintain highly available and secure IT environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft 365 Administration
Administer Microsoft 365 services and tenant management.
Manage Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Create and manage users, groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and Microsoft 365 licenses.
Perform mailbox migrations and user onboarding/offboarding.
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams issues.
Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) users, groups, and authentication.
Implement and troubleshoot Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.
Support Microsoft Intune for endpoint enrolment, compliance policies, and application deployment.

Endpoint Management
Manage Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices using Microsoft Intune.
Configure endpoint security, BitLocker,



Windows Update for Business, and compliance policies.
Deploy software and applications through Intune.
Perform endpoint troubleshooting and health monitoring.
Manage antivirus and endpoint protection solutions.
Support device provisioning and lifecycle management.

Backup Disaster Recovery
Configure and manage Acronis Cyber Protect Backup solutions.
Monitor backup jobs and ensure successful backup completion.
Perform file-level, VM-level, and bare-metal recovery.
Troubleshoot backup failures and storage issues.
Assist in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and documentation.
Verify backup integrity and perform periodic recovery testing.
Maintain backup retention policies and recovery objectives (RPO/RTO).

Windows Infrastructure Administration
Administer Windows Server environments.
Manage Active Directory users, groups, and Organizational Units (OUs).
Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, Group Policy (GPO), and File Servers.
Perform user provisioning and access management.
Monitor server health, storage utilization, and event logs.
Support Remote Desktop Services (RDS).

IT Infrastructure Support
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Diagnose hardware, software, and operating system issues.
Support LAN/WAN connectivity and basic networking.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty and support.
Maintain IT asset inventory and infrastructure documentation.

Client Support Service Delivery
Provide technical support via phone, email, remote sessions, and onsite visits.
Resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines.
Handle escalations from L1 Support Engineers.




Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Ticket Change Management
Manage incidents, service requests, and changes using ticketing tools.
Update tickets with troubleshooting steps and resolution details.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
Follow ITIL-based incident and change management processes.

Documentation
Prepare infrastructure documentation and SOPs.
Maintain backup and disaster recovery documentation.
Update network diagrams and asset inventory.
Document recurring issues and preventive actions.
