Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in HT/LT panel operations, electrical maintenance, and plant maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of electrical systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting electrical faults, and maintaining uninterrupted power supply within the manufacturing facility.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain HT/LT electrical panels and distribution systems.

Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure minimum machine downtime.

Monitor transformers, DG sets, APFC panels, MCC panels, PCC panels, VFDs, and electrical control systems.

Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of electrical installations.

Ensure proper functioning of power distribution systems and electrical safety devices.

Maintain electrical logs, maintenance records, and equipment history.





Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for timely resolution of electrical issues.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory regulations.

Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new electrical equipment.

Identify opportunities for energy saving and process improvement.

Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe working practices in the electrical department.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of HT/LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC Panels, Transformers, DG Sets, and Power Distribution Systems.

Experience in plant electrical maintenance.

Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.

Ability to read electrical drawings and control circuits.

Familiarity with electrical testing instruments and troubleshooting techniques.

Understanding of electrical safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HT/LT panel operation and plant electrical maintenance.

Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
