Role & responsibilities

- Get new NPA cases from banks, NBFCs & ARCs for SARFAESI actions or for property sale or for OTS by visiting them regularly.
- Coordinate with ZO/RO/HO of banks, NBFCs & ARCs for empanelment.
- Follow up for approval and clearance of our bills.
- Manage and supervise your team operations (task allocation & monitoring).
- Coordinate with police & administration for physical possession of assets.
- Work with advocates for DM/CMM applications and legal progress.
- Personally monitor high-value NPA cases for OTS and process.
- Attend bank review meetings.
- Handle investor & buyer coordination for e-auction of properties.
- Allocate cases to team members based on their strengths.

Preferred candidate profile

- 8-10 years experience in recovery/NPA/SARFAESI
- Team handling experience (4–5 member team)
- Own two-wheeler required
- Robust communication skills
- Willing to travel extensively
- Background in SARFAESI / Bank Recovery / Collections preferred
- Person working in Mutual Fund and Insurance marketing can also apply
