Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Drive end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through various networks
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts in coordination with the hiring manager
- Own hiring dashboards and maintain accurate MIS/trackers for open positions, interview status, and conversion rates
- Propose and deploy new, creative sourcing strategies to meet growing hiring volumes
- Hire for a range of roles – understanding fitment requirements for each role type and ensuring smooth handover to operations

Employee Engagement

- Design and run engagement initiatives – including check-ins, feedback surveys, recognition programmes, and community-building activities
- Track retention signals and proactively flag early disengagement or attrition risks
- Work with coaches to understand their growth aspirations and work towards relevant upskilling opportunities
- Maintain regular touchpoints with deployed coaches to ensure satisfaction with their assignments




- Help create a strong FanToPark community culture among coaches across geographies

HR Operations

- Assist with documentation, and onboarding formalities for new hires
- Maintain HR records and ensure data hygiene across systems
- Coordinate with payroll/finance for timely processing of coach compensation

Skills and Competencies

- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-volume or field-hiring workplace
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — ability to connect with coaches, athletes, and academic institutions
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Comfortable with field work and in-person outreach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining hiring trackers and MIS
- Passion for sports, fitness, or community building is a big plus
- Familiarity with WhatsApp-based outreach, social recruiting, or community management is an advantage
