IT Operations & Infrastructure

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, systems, and end-user devices.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems.
- Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software.

Team & Vendor Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT support team.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) for IT services and procurement.

Security & Compliance

- Implement and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure data protection, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable IT standards.

User Support & Service Management

- Ensure effective IT support for employees across departments.
- Monitor helpdesk operations and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery.

Strategy & Planning





- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
- Prepare and manage IT budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization.
- Recommend current technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, asset records, and licenses.
- Prepare regular reports on IT performance, risks, and initiatives.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, systems, and cybersecurity.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Vendor and project management experience.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 8-10 years of experience in IT operations/support.
- Minimum 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, ISO, or similar) preferred.
