Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of collectors to recover outstanding debts from customers.
- Conduct regular site visits to identify potential issues and implement strategies for improvement.
- Analyze financial data to determine the most effective methods for debt recovery and asset reconstruction.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations such as Sarfaesi Act, DRT, NPA, Bad Debt etc.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in collections or related field (NBFC).
- Robust knowledge of asset reconstruction, bad debt management, collections processes.
- Proficiency in using software applications for tracking customer interactions and managing workflows.
