About the Role

We are looking for a Manager – Affiliate Marketing, Alliances & Partnerships to own and scale Lenskart's Gold Membership distribution and affiliate ecosystem.

This role will be responsible for driving Gold Membership partnerships across platforms such as GPay, PhonePe, Zomato and other online channels, while also managing affiliate partners and driving incremental business through the ecosystem.

The role requires robust ownership, partner coordination, performance tracking and cross-functional execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end Gold Membership partnership program, from identifying opportunities and onboarding partners to execution and performance tracking.
- Drive Gold Membership distribution across GPay, PhonePe, Zomato and other online, offline and HTO partnerships.
- Manage affiliate partners and platforms such as Mobupps, Admitad and other affiliate networks.
- Own affiliate-led app installation and growth initiatives and ensure smooth execution with partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate and strategic partners,



ensuring regular coordination and timely resolution of issues.
- Track affiliate and partnership performance, including orders, revenue, app installs, CPC/CPA and ROAS.
- Own regular dashboarding and performance updates, highlighting key business trends, opportunities and action areas.
- Coordinate closely with Finance, Legal, Performance Marketing, Product and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and affiliate initiatives.
- Take complete ownership of partner execution, follow-ups and business outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

- 5–8 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, Alliances or Growth Marketing.
- Strong experience in managing external partners and driving partnership-led business growth.
- Good understanding of affiliate marketing, CPC/CPA, ROAS and performance metrics.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with a high level of ownership.
- Analytical mindset with experience in dashboarding and performance tracking.
- Ability to independently manage multiple partners and drive initiatives from idea to execution.
