Role: Telesales Executive International Voice(sales) Process

Location: Mewla Maharajpur, Sector 31, Faridabad (Work from Office)

Experience: Fresher to 4 Years

Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Annual CTC: 2.40 LPA 3.80 LPA + Attractive Performance For Freshers

Incentives (Final salary will be offered based on interview performance, communication skills, and previous experience.)

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers in the UAE.
- Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
- Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans, Credit Cards, and other financial solutions.
- Generate and qualify sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer processing.
- Achieve individual sales and performance targets while maintaining high service standards.

Candidate Profile

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent spoken English (80%+ proficiency) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
- Comfortable interacting with international customers.
- Experience in International BPO, Telesales, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or Voice Process will be an added advantage.
