Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections and testing of electrical equipment, mechanical components, and instrumentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.

- Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for projects.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes as needed.

- Ensure accurate documentation of test results, inspection reports, and other relevant records.

- Maintain a high level of knowledge on latest technologies related to power generation plants (thermal & renewable), transmission lines, substations, solar parks etc.

- Ensure implementation of site quality plans and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Lead resolution of NCRs, customer complaints, and quality deviations.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
