Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop architectural designs, working drawings, and specifications for commercial buildings using software such as Autocad, Revit, SketchUp.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences to create tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Prepare detailed estimates of materials, labor costs, and timelines for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the design process.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in creating architectural designs, working drawings, and specifications using various software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
- Solid understanding of commercial projects including office spaces, retail stores, hotels etc.
