Job Title: Project Manager Renewable Energy & Automation

Experience: 10+ Years
Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end execution of renewable energy projects (Solar, Wind & BESS).
- Lead project planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and client handover.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure smooth integration of PPC, EMS, SCADA, PLC, and control systems.
- Track project progress, prepare MIS reports, and ensure timely invoicing and payment follow-up.

Required Skills:

- Solid experience in Project Management within Renewable Energy or Industrial Automation.
- Hands-on knowledge of PPC, EMS, SCADA, PLC, System Integration, FAT, SAT & Commissioning.
- Excellent leadership, client management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
